(Q) When can I expect my product to ship?

(A) Please allow about 24 hours after you place your order for processing. All of our products are made in small batches, so please allow an additional 1-3 days for production. During sales and holiday seasons this estimate may vary. We will let you know if your shipment is being delayed. 


(Q) Are all of your products organic?

(A) Having organically grown ingredients in all of our products is extremely important to us, so we proudly state the ingredients' certified organic status on each respective ingredient page. However, natural does not necessarily mean organic. Things like water, salt, and clays are not grown and, therefore, cannot be certified organic. This is why we do not claim that all of our products are 100% organic. 


(Q) Are all of your products cruelty-free?

(A) Yes! We have been certified as a cruelty-free company by the Leaping Bunny Program. Our products are tested on willing humans only. Helping animals is a large part of the foundation of our business. We do not test on animals and we do not source our ingredients from suppliers who cannot prove their cruelty-free status. 


(Q) Are your products vegan?

(A) We're happy to say that all of our products are 100% vegan friendly.


(Q) Where do you source your ingredients from?

(A) While a great many of our ingredients are grown in the U.S., we will (literally) go to the ends of the earth to source the finest ingredients. We have wild-grown lemongrass from Nepal, amla oil sourced from India, Moroccan argan oil and much more. Any ingredients we source from outside of the U.S. are noted and certified as Fair-Trade. 


(Q) Help! What should I do if my product melts?

(A) Due to the melting points of some of our ingredients, your product may melt in temperatures above 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Not to worry! Just give your product a quick stir and stick it in the refrigerator until it becomes a solid again. If your product melts and re-solidifies at room temperature, crystallization may occur. Keep in mind that none of this affects the quality of the product, only the texture. 


(Q) Why is my product separating?

(A) Due to the nature of some of our products, separation is natural effect of combining unlike ingredients. We do not use emulsifiers or alcohol to prevent separation, as this only takes away from the efficacy of the product. If you see your product beginning to separate just give it a good shake/stir from time to time.


(Q) Are your products safe for pregnant women?

(A) All of our products are 100% natural and should be safe for pregnant women to use. However, a women's body goes through so many changes during pregnancy that an ingredient you are familiar with could cause irritation or harm during pregnancy. Please consult a doctor before trying any of our products while pregnant. 


(Q) I'd like to review your products, can I receive samples?

(A) First off, we're so happy that you would want to share our products with the world! We handpick a certain number of bloggers/collaborators to work with each month, so things don't get too saturated. Due to the number of requests we receive, we cannot reply to everyone.
